What exactly does a transaction coordinator do?

A transaction coordinator manages all the administrative details of a real estate transaction from executed contract to closing. That means tracking deadlines, organizing documents, coordinating with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and all parties — so you can stay focused on your clients and your next deal.

When do you get involved in the transaction?

I step in as soon as a contract is executed. From that point forward, I manage the timeline, follow up on outstanding items, and keep everyone on track through closing day.

Do you work with both buyers and sellers?

Yes! I offer both Buyer Transaction Management and Seller Transaction Management, as well as Listing Coordination services. Whether you're on the buy side, the sell side, or both, I've got you covered.

How do you communicate with me during a transaction?

I keep you updated at every key milestone — you'll never have to wonder where things stand. I communicate primarily by phone, text, and email, and I'm responsive throughout the business day.

Do you communicate directly with my clients?

Yes! I will communicate directly with your clients via email, keeping them informed and updated on status to save you time. Some agents also prefer all communication go through them — I follow your lead and adapt to your workflow either way.

What platforms and tools do you use?

I work with DotLoop, DocuSign, and other electronic signature platforms, as well as MLS systems and document storage and compliance tools. If you use a specific platform, just let me know — I'm adaptable.

How much do your services cost?

My services range from $200 to $300 depending on the type of transaction. Listing Coordination for Office Exclusives starts at $200, Listing Coordination is $250, and both Buyer and Seller Transaction Management are $300. What happens if a transaction falls through?

Fall-out fees may apply depending on the stage of the transaction — specifically after inspection (#1) or after the financing contingency (#2). These are outlined on my Services & Pricing page.
